Be forgiving and patient, first with yourself and
then with others. Refrain from bitterness and grudges.
As I forgive you, so must you forgive My child.
Forgive those who have hurt or wronged you.
I ask you to lift up all who hurt you in your daily prayer.
Pray that their hearts will open
to hear the whispers of the Holy Spirit
and to turn to Me their God.
I will relieve the anguish
