Thursday - Second Week of Lent

I am the giver of all good gifts.

Treasure and share all that I give you.

Blest are you who hopes and trusts in Me.

Be generous with others as I am with you.

There are so many in need of your help.

All are mine whom I hold close.

 

Wednesday - Second Week of Lent

Faithfully take up your cross.

Humbly carry it and follow after Me.

As I carry sins of the world, see My love.

I have redeemed the world by My holy cross.

Offer your sufferings for the conversion of souls.

Whoever follows after Me will have the light of life.

 

Tuesday - Second Week of Lent

Hear the words of wisdom I speak.

The beginning of pride is stubbornness.

Prideful hearts withdraw from Me their God.

Pray for hearts and minds to be one with Me.

Put away your misdeeds and set things right.

 Stay pure of heart so I may dwell within you.

 

Monday - Second Week of Lent

Give thanks to Me your merciful God.

It is I who frees you from the bonds of sin.

Keep your ears attentive to hear My voice.

Pray to Me and follow My commandments.

Be merciful, just as I your God am merciful.

The measure you use I will measure out to you.

 

Second Sunday of Lent

Gaze upon Me in prayer and bless Me.

Feel My love as I renew you in My image.

I see your devotion and abundantly bless you.

My beloved child, precious are you in My eyes.

Listen to Me so you learn the path of the Passion.

Journey with Me in My suffering. Stay close to Me.

 

Saturday - First Week of Lent

Lift up your soul to Me your God.

In My perfect love, I revive your soul.

To be near Me fills you with happiness.

Blest are you who follows My law of love.

Lovingly pray for those who test your patience.

Be perfect, as I your heavenly Father am perfect.

 

Friday - First Week of Lent

Revere Me your holy Lord God.

Your heart I am bending to My will.

I am mercy and fullness of redemption.

Stay faithful and turn away from all sin.

Keep My commandments and live justly.

I give you strength for this Lenten journey.

 

Thursday - First Week of Lent

Strive to shine My love to all.

A smile or kind word is a blessing.

Be purposeful to bring joy to someone.

In doing this you serve Me with gladness.

All yearn for kindness, compassion, and love.

Praise Me in all your actions, words, and deeds.

 

Wednesday - First Week of Lent

I am your gracious God.

Precious are you in My eyes.

Your humble contrite heart I see.

Your fervent Lenten prayers I hear.

Listen in prayer so you hear My voice.

I wait to direct you every day in My love.

 

Tuesday - First Week of Lent

Give thanks to Me your Father God.

Look to Me and you will be radiant.

I am joy in the midst of your distress.

I am your hope and you are My beloved.

Listen closely to the whispers of My voice.

I am leading you and guiding your footsteps.

 

Monday - First Week of Lent

I am pure holy love.

Love Me your Lord God.

As I love, so you should love.

Love with all your heart and soul.

The fulfillment of My law is to love.

What you do for others, you do for Me.

First Sunday of Lent

Ask for your heart to be purified.

I will fill your heart with My grace.

Remember I am compassion and love.

Turn to Me when temptation is before you.

My ways of truth will help in your tribulation.

Now is the time, repent and believe in the Gospel.

 

Saturday after Ash Wednesday

Praise Me your God with all your heart.

I am good, forgiving, and full of love to all.

Let nothing separate you from My love.

Remove all malicious speech from your lips.

Heed My call to your conversion of heart.

Trusting in Me, walk in the way of My truth.

 

Friday after Ash Wednesday

It is I who frees you from your sins.

Come before Me with a repentant heart.

A humble contrite heart I will not spurn.

Ask for the grace to resist all temptation.

I am compassionate and will cleanse you.

Stay joined to Me in prayer and in fasting.

 

Thursday after Ash Wednesday

I desire to dwell within your heart.

Hear My voice and hold fast to Me.

I am the great Physician of your soul.

Repent and turn from the evil of all sin.

Take up your cross daily and follow Me.

The mystery of the cross I will teach you.

Welcome to our Annual Lenten People Journey

 

This year we are being called to fully give our hearts to God.

See the significance of Ash Wednesday landing on the same

date this year as Valentine’s Day. Look into your heart and

find what keeps you from loving, trusting, and serving God.

Walk the journey of Lenten People. Pray, ponder, and believe.  

February 14 Ash Wednesday

 

Turn to Me your God with your whole heart.

Now is the time to repent and believe in the Gospel.

Harden not your heart toward Me and hear My voice.

I long for you to listen to My voice with all your heart.

Fast from what takes you away from being present to Me.

Through time spent with Me, comes wisdom of heart.

 

Tuesday - 6th Week in Ordinary Time

I am the giver of life.

Day by day I care for you.

Give thanks for every blessing.

From Me is good and perfect gifts.

Love Me, serve Me, and keep My word.

Persevere in being My instrument of love.

 

Monday - 6th Week in Ordinary Time

I delight to bless you.

I pour upon you My spirit.

Gracious and bountiful am I.

I am your shelter and your shade.

I am with you in your work and play.

 Flourish in the beauty of My pure love.

 

Sixth Sunday of Ordinary Time

Give praise to Me your God.

Happy are all who hope in Me.

Trust in Me in every circumstance.

I am your stronghold, with you always.

I bestow grace upon you to do good works.

Let all that you do bring glory and honor to Me.

 

Saturday - 5th Week in Ordinary Time

Hear My words.

Plans I have in mind for you.

Plans to give you a future full of hope.

Stay grounded in the beauty of My pure love.

Cast your cares on Me. I will support you.

There is no need to be discouraged.

 

Friday - 5th Week in Ordinary Time

I am your merciful Lord.

My forgiveness I give to you.

I am the Divine Physician.

Your defection I heal in My love.

I am the lover of your soul.

The sweetness of My peace fills you.

Thursday - 5th Week in Ordinary Time

Come before Me.

Your heart I search.

Release all stubbornness.

This is pride gone wrong.

Truly live as My child of light.

Persevere in following My ways.
