Reach out to those who are struggling.
Be present to them and listen to their stories.
Seek out and comfort My brokenhearted.
I bless you with grace to humbly serve them
as you live, breathe, and act in My love.
Ponder what is pleasing to Me and carry it
out in both your words and your deeds.
Be a model of tenderness and kindness.
Give thanks to Me with a grateful heart.
Let the thoughts of your heart and the words
of your mouth always find favor before Me.
Be My hands that serve and heart that loves.
Free yourself of your selfish ways that keep
you from being My holy disciple of love.
Let My bountiful word bloom in you.
Love all whom I place before you.
Come, I have all you need.
My love and mercy are yours.
Receive Me with a willing heart.
Return to Me often in prayer and praise.
This will be your Lenten transformation as
you daily invoke My name giving Me glory.
Unceasing praise grows you in My love.
Honor Me, pray to Me, live for Me.
My dear one, lift up your heart to Me
that I may purify your heart of every evil.
The evil one tempts you, but it is only you
that can do the action of the evil or wrong.
Your every weakness is known to the devil.
Have courage to turn away from temptation.
Trust in Me to help you fast from all evil
thoughts, spoken words, and deeds.
This Lent I will show you in what ways
I am stretching you to grow. Also I will
show you what I want you to turn away
from that leads you astray towards sin.
Humbly come to ask for forgiveness for
your own sinfulness that has blinded you.
I am guiding your mind and your heart to
By My grace I make you strong and mighty
so you can be My messenger and prepare the
way telling all that I am their merciful God.
I patiently wait for them to come before Me.
So many of them are despairing in darkness.
Scatter their darkness by shining My light.
I set afire all who come to Me with the
flame of My eternal light of love.
Grow your devotion to Me. Keep clean
and pure of heart. Let My love be shown in
you, especially when there are hostile stares.
I will quell your fears as you live My love.
On the night I was betrayed I gave thanks
and blest My apostles and all of humanity.
Live your life as a sacrifice of love to Me.
Be selfless in your works and deeds as you
carry your small cross I have given to you.
Revere Me as I pour blessings over you.
It is I who abounds in kindness, gladdens
your soul, and attends to your every need.
Behold Me your Lord. Rejoice and be glad.
Live your life in constant goodness so that in
holy death you will be with Me for eternity.
Blest are you stands in the splendor of My
light as I fill you with My love and truth.
Come to Me. I long for your nearness.
Set yourself before Me so I may bless you.
Keep your heart close to Mine and listen.
I am prompting you with inspiration so that
all you do may always begin from Me and
be brought to completion by your actions.
Seek to always be near to Me by serving
all whom I place before you with love.
Lift up your heart to Me.
I am life everlasting. Embrace Me.
Keep your heart contrite and humble.
Fast from what keeps you away from Me.
Time spent with Me is blest, for I nurture
you, bless you, strengthen you, and fill you
with My love. Let your every moment be
mine, and sacred will your time be.
Refrain from all that offends Me.
I created you with a clean heart.
Ask Me to make all your paths straight
so that you can turn to Me with your whole
heart and stay reconciled to Me, your God.
I am merciful, gracious and rich in kindness.
Keep holy and renewed in spirit this Lent.
Feel My goodness, compassion, and love.
Share My love you feel with others.
Now is the time for true reform.
Renew this day your commitment to Me.
Harden not your heart and hear My voice.
Arm yourself with self-restraint to battle
against every spiritual evil that leads you
away from Me. Listen to My words I speak.
My generous grace I give you to help you
suppress every desire that leads to sin.
Be holy and change your ways.
Strive always to draw nearer to Me
so our hearts may beat in unison as one.
Your life is a gift you can freely give to Me.
Keep open the ears of your heart so you may
live fully your covenant of love to Me.
You are so very precious to Me.
I delight in the good works you do
and in your faithfulness in daily prayer.
This grows you strong in My awesome love.
Every tree is known by its own fruit it bears.
Bring forth the fragrance of My love bearing
Beautiful are you who comes to Me.
Welcome My word I have planted in you.
Follow Me unreservedly doing what is right
with a humble spirit and contrite heart.
Keep your heart joined to Mine.
Live what I speak with love.
Sing praise to Me your God.
I, your Creator, delight in this.
Your praise joins that of the angels
and holy ones who praise Me forever.
Always honor Me with your love and
stay close to My ever loving heart.
Many of My children suffer.
Share the healing compassion that
I have given to you. Lead them to Me
by your love so I may embrace them in
My light of love healing their woundedness.
Humbly be My hands and heart to them.
Embrace Me with your love.
Entrust your needs and life to Me.
Speak to Me, pray to Me, be with Me.
Your voice is sweet and lovely to hear.
Keep ever faithful in your prayer
and stay rooted in My love.
Share My holy light that fills you.
So beautiful the world be if all would
shine brightly the goodness of My love.
All are to be a light of love to each other.
So many have smothered the goodness
I have placed within each of them.
I am the source of all life.
Bless Me your God of salvation.
Glorify My name and adore Me.
My love for you endures forever.
I am your strength and your song.
Live as My child of light and hope.
Be good and pleasing.
I have made you in My image.
Be worthy of the tasks I entrust to you.
Share your talents. Tell all to trust in Me.
The Holy Spirit will guide you.

I am your constant refuge and help.

Repent and ask Me for forgiveness
for the sins that you have committed.
I will heal you from the guilt of your sins
You are My beloved child.
Honor Me in mind and heart.
Incline your ear and hear what I speak.
Keep your life devoted to Me. Trust in Me.
Live well in the richness of My love.
Love everyone in truth of heart.
Precious is your love.
Sing your song of love to Me.
Sweet is the melody within your heart.
I rejoice in this precious gift you give to Me.
I surround you in My glorious splendor.
Open wide your heart and be amazed
at all I am revealing to you.
Today is the Feast of the Presentation.
I ask you to present yourself to Me today
and recommit yourself to Me, your God.
I will bless you and fill you with wisdom.
Be My living voice. Shine your light as
you boldly live your baptismal vows.
Offer up prayers of praise to Me your
God of peace, joy and everlasting love.
Fragrant are your prayers and praise to Me
that become a beautiful joint communion.
Strive to live so that your life’s works and
words becomes one ceaseless prayer as you
shape your life as an offering of love to Me.
