Call on Me your Mighty and merciful
God.
I will free you.
Lift up your heart to Me,
especially in the midst of your
suffering.
Offer it all up in atonement for blasphemies against Me.
I see your
daily inward struggles.
Choose to be obedient over every temptation.
Pray for
the strength to continue onward.
Your contrite and humble heart I bless.
