Seek Me and you will be lifted up in
spirit.
Your life on earth is short
but your heavenly life knows no end.
Be
sustained in My love as you face daily challenges.
I am your stronghold,
your light in the darkness, and your help.
Place your hope in Me, hold firm, and
take heart.
