Grow your heart in gentleness, My dear
one.
This is a cherished gift I have placed before you
but it is you who must
develop it
with prayer and concentration.
Keep praise on your tongue
and
restrain from speaking any slanderous thoughts.
When you have these thoughts,
pray
for that person rather than utter unkindness.
The Holy Spirit will direct your
heart
to the gentleness of My ways.
