I am
gracious and merciful.
I am your God of compassion
who forgives hearts of
pride, stubbornness,
anger, selfishness, greed, and hatred.
When these sins are
lifted up to me,
I take these miseries, heal with forgiveness,
and I lovingly
wipe away their tears of repentance.
