I am your rock of refuge.

I am the joy within your heart.

Unite yourself to Me your God.

Widen your heart to receive My love.

Your heart I fill and your soul I refresh.

Let your ears be attentive.

Know that I am your Lord God.

I am mercy and fullness of redemption.

My Spirit I put within you that you may live.

Believe in Me. I am the resurrection and the life.

Whoever believes in Me, even if he dies, lives with Me.

I take away the sins of the world.

Pray for all souls to ask for My mercy.

Stand firm when tested in mind and heart.

See Me on the cross.

Intently look into My eyes.

Do you see the depth of My love?

Pure is My endless holy love for you.

Stay with Me and contemplate My love.

Unite yourself to the mystery of My Passion.

It is good to give Me thanks.

I am the joy that is in your heart.

Proclaim your love to Me your God.

I bless you who faithfully trusts in Me.

I give you grace to follow Me in holiness.

Chosen are you to share My peace and love.

Your works of mercy and love I see.

Continue to pray, fast, and give alms.

Be compassionate in all of your works.

In all My ways I your holy God am just.

As I am to you, be gracious and merciful.

Honor Me in your every thought and deed.
